Because of the personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
1. Final Sale Policy
All Amelian products — including skincare, body care, candles, wellness items, and digital content — are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
We strongly encourage you to review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to ordering, please reach out to us — we’re happy to assist you in making the best choice for your wellness journey.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great pride in packaging your order with care.
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Theamelianway@gmail.com
Include your:
-Full name
-Order number
-Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion for verified damages or fulfillment errors.
3. Exceptions
Replacements or resolutions are only offered for:
-Items that arrive damaged in transit
-Items received in error (wrong product shipped)
In these cases, our team will guide you through the next steps.
No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
To avoid any misunderstanding, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
-All skincare and body care products
-All wellness and lifestyle items (oils, tools, candles, etc.)
-Digital products, downloadable content, or gift cards
-Event tickets or vendor booth fees
