Because our products are handcrafted and prepared to order, we begin processing quickly.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
Please double-check your order details before checkout to ensure everything is correct.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna for flexible payments.

Q: My order confirmation didn’t arrive — what should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
Our products are made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

Q: How long does shipping take?

U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days after dispatch

International: 10–21 business days, depending on customs and destination

Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can also check your tracking information anytime through your carrier’s website.

Q: What if my package is delayed or missing?
Please contact your carrier first with your tracking number.

💛 Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Q: Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
All Amelian products are final sale.
Because our skincare and wellness items are handcrafted and designed for personal use, we cannot accept returns or refunds for hygiene and safety reasons.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theamelianway@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review your case and, if approved, send a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


🌸 Product Care & Ingredients

Q: Are Amelian products natural and cruelty-free?
Yes — every Amelian product is crafted with high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients.
We never test on animals.

Q: How should I store my products?
Keep your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Because we use natural ingredients, we recommend using each product within 6–12 months for optimal freshness.

Q: My body butter melted — what should I do?
Our body butters are made with rich, natural oils and butters that can soften or melt in warm temperatures. This is completely normal and does not affect product quality or performance.

If your butter melts:

-Place the container in a cool area (such as a refrigerator) for about 30–60 minutes until it solidifies again.

-Once firm, remove it and allow it to return to room temperature before use.

 

The texture may change slightly, but your butter will remain just as nourishing and effective.

Tip: During warmer months, we recommend storing your butters in a cool space to preserve their whipped texture.

Q: I have sensitive skin. Can I use your products?
Our formulations are made with gentle ingredients, but everyone’s skin is unique.
Please review ingredient lists carefully and perform a small patch test before full use.
